Do I need to self-prepare something for assembling the products?
Due to customs policy in international shipping, the wax, glue, and batteries may not be included. Please prepare them yourself. (See detailed information in Discover: Necessary Parts that Need Self-preparation.)
What if I break some parts during assembly?
Check whether there are spare parts. If not, you can use glue to stick the broken parts together or contact after-sales service.

How to maintain and clean wooden toys?
You can place them in a dust-proof shield or any place that can keep them as dry and clean as possible. If they are stained, use gentle soap (dilute with water) or vinegar, and a cloth to clean them.
Are the products safe and environmentally friendly?
ROKR adopts high-quality wood, soy ink and other green materials to provide a safe and reliable gaming experience for every customer.
Are your products vulnerable to damage?
ROKR products are made from high-density basswood plywood to ensure its solid texture and shape. Besides, the products have passed the international toy anti-drop standard test to ensure good condition during transportation.
Do your wooden pieces have burrs?
ROKR adopts a rapid stamping process to minimize burrs. If some edges are not smooth enough, you can polish them with the provided sandpaper.
